Meet Michael G. Wierschem
Dr. Michael Wierschem is a board-certified urologist and microsurgeon who has cared for men across the Dallas-Fort Worth area for more than 25 years. As the founder and medical director of Dallas Men's Health in the Turtle Creek neighborhood of Dallas, he leads a concierge clinic focused on men's sexual health, hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, and advanced longevity. Patients come from across the metroplex and its surrounding counties. Many others travel from throughout Texas, across the United States, and around the world for treatments that few other clinics offer, from erectile dysfunction care to penile girth enhancement and Peyronie's disease correction.
A Different Standard of Care for Men
Dr. Wierschem built Dallas Men's Health around a simple belief: the concerns men bring to him, from performance to hormones to confidence, deserve specialized, discreet, and judgment-free care. His focus is narrow by design. Rather than treating a little of everything, he has spent his career mastering the sexual, hormonal, and regenerative health of men, and he treats those concerns as a window into whole-body health, from cardiovascular fitness to metabolic wellness and longevity.
Experience
For more than two decades, Dr. Wierschem has specialized in male sexual health and reconstructive, or UroPlastic, surgery, performing tens of thousands of procedures over the course of his career. He served as Chief of Urology at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Plano for over a decade before founding Dallas Men's Health. Much of his recent work focuses on regenerative approaches to men's health, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), offered through the clinic's RegeneGro program. That focus complements his non-surgical penile lengthening and GirthPro girth enhancement services and his approach to Peyronie's disease, options not widely available at most clinics.
